Goods in Stock will be shipped within 48 hours of recieving your order. Longer lead times may be applicable on items that are not in stock or have to be specially ordered. All goods are sent via Courier service, fully trackable and insured.

At CRN Products we offer 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have received, we will exchange them or give you a full refund. The goods returned must be in its original packaging, intact and returned within 14 days. We cannot offer this refund guarantee on goods that have been used, unless the product is faulty.

Where a refund has been requested, your credit card will be credited no later than 2 working days following receipt of the returned goods. If a replacement is required, this will be despatched within 24 hours, if the item is in stock.
